Postage & Handling
Items are sent via Australia Post. Postage & Handling is charged at a flat rate of $7.50.
Orders over $70.00 qualify for free shipping.
Payment process
When we receive your order we will send an email confirmation, with an invoice.
Payment may be made by cheque or direct deposit and when payment is received your goods will be shipped to you. Please ensure you enter your email address correctly.
Despatch of your order will normally take place within two working days of receipt of payment.
Yarn Club
If you’re joining the Yarn Club, please specify which colours you’d like us to send (in the “Message” box). Choose from our natural colour combinations – darks, brown/cream, black, grey etc. And don’t forget that we will cover the costs of postage and handling – it’ll be removed from the invoice that we send.
